Driveway Permit Application

Zoning Administrator - Roger Williams

A current certificate of insurance by the contractor is required for a permit to be issued. An Insurance Certificate is required to work in the Village right-of-way.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to flag the proposed driveway location by no later than one (1) week from the date of application and contact the inspector so he will be able to determine the exact location. Any construction performed before the receipt of the original permit may not meet Village of Kingsley's standards and is subject to revision or removal and could result in a fee being assessed. See attached right of way standards.

Village of Kingsley is an Equal Opportunity Provider.
